ℹ️ How this works — quick guide
This is the list of every agent who's booked with you, pulled in automatically from Aryeo. Use it to know who your clients are and stay in touch.

Leads vs Clients
- Leads — people you're still trying to win. Add one with + Add a lead.
- Clients — agents who have actually booked a shoot (with their shoot count and last shoot date).
Stage — the dropdown on each person (New Lead → Contacted → Active → VIP, etc.) is where they sit with you. Change it any time; it saves straight to Monday.
🔔 Re-engagement (automatic): the system learns each client's booking rhythm. When someone goes quiet past their usual gap and has nothing on the calendar, they auto-move to Dormant and you get a phone alert — your cue to send a quick "thinking of you" check-in. They flip back to Active on their own when they rebook.
↻ Sync clients pulls the newest bookings from Aryeo now (it also runs by itself every morning). Open board in Monday ↗ opens the full board with notes, phone numbers, and re-engage dates.
